A new episode of "America's got talent" was the best rated and most-watched show on Wednesday night, handing over from NBC the victory.
The Peacock was the first in ratings with a 1.7 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 6.9 million, according to preliminary figures.
After a repeat of "America's got talent" at 20, the new episode earned 9 a 2.3 / 7-10 million viewers. "Tents" got a 1.2/4 with 4.2 million viewers at 10.
Fox was second in ratings with a 1.6/5 and third in total 4 million viewers. After a "Master Chief" Encore at 8 attracted a new episode 9 a 2.2 / 7 and 5.4 million viewers.
