"Slumdog millionaire" star Dev Patel is in early talks to combine, Sharlto Copley, MRCs Director Neill Blomkamp, an individual familiar with the project of TheWrapsaid "Man", the next science fiction movie "District 9" and "Elysium".

Blomkamp wrote the screenplay with Terri Tatchell. Simon Kinberg is produce the character-driven film.

Project based on Blomkamps short "Tetra Vaal," that was a fake ad for a robot police patrols in the slums of South Africa.

Copley is one of the law enforcement robot, play, while Patel is about to start, the film human leadership play a thing to make.

MRC and Kinberg produced "Elysium", which will release on Aug. 9 Sony. Matt Damon starring Jodie Foster as well as Copley.

Patel reprises his role as Neal Sampat continue on the second season of HBO's "The Newsroom," the 14 returns. After starring in best picture winner "Slumdog millionaire", he went on to supporting roles in "the best exotic Marigold hotel" and the indie drama "About Cherry."

Patel is repped by UTA and Magnolia entertainment, Attorney James Feldman of Curtis Brown Group.
